Blood type



Which is your blood group?



I wonder which blood group I belong to.. I wasn't really that interested until the day I found this blue booklet that kept records of my mum's pregnancy and the details of my birth like how much I weighed and all. My brother also has one too. His blood type is the same as my mum, a B postive :D But for some reason, in my booklet, it didn't say what type of blood I had. The nurse/doctor simply left that empty! D:

I assume I'd probably fall in the same category as my mum too but then I discover that my dad's blood type is an O negative.. I haven't gone and searched up the statistics yet but, in my mind, an O negative is pretty unique. There's a chance that I have this type of blood but I'm not sure. Maybe a combination of B+ve and O-ve would create something like an O+ve or B-ve? or maybe AB could be possible.. I don't know. Note to self: do more research on blood types :3

wahh I'm so curious about which blood group I belong to.. I mean, if I was an O, this means I could save heaps of people's lives since O can go to anyone. I've asked my doctor if I could find out what my blood type was but he said that it wasn't necessary for me to find out. The only time I'd find out what my blood is is when I need to check it to see if I have some illness, high cholesterol or diabetes. D: I was pretty shocked and upset to realise that I may never find out what my blood was and live to assume that I'm most likely a B like my mum (not that there's anything wrong with that. It's simply not knowing that troubles me.)What if there was an emergency or something, someone needed blood and if I new I had the same blood type, I could offer some help. That's what I've always been thinking. But writing this out now, seems like I've just seen too many movies and read too many stories. There'd probably be heaps of those blood for transfusion ready to go at anytime/anywhere in a hospital anyways.
